Northeast Boston Terrier Rescue
Application
Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our special
rescue dogs. Please complete the following and an
application will be sent to you. Names
and photos of Boston Terriers currently in foster homes and
available for adoption can be seen here. Remember, all
Group Members are volunteers and we will get back to you as
soon as we can.
By submitting this request for an application to NEBTR you
hereby affirm all information provided herein is true to the
best of your knowledge. I have read NEBTR's Mission
Statement and will commit to the terms of adoption. I
understand that a home inspection, telephone interview and
reference checks are part of the application process. I
affirm that neither I, nor any member of my household has
been charged or convicted of Abuse or Cruelty to Animals.
I/We understand that if selected as an adoptive home I/We
will comply with the conditions of the adoption.
